Veteran Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 4232 Location: Texas	#1 Posted: 10/14/2011 1:36:46 PM just made some last night. lightly season with lemon pepper. lightly batter with beer batter about 1 tablespoon of evoo on pan dice mushrooms and dice onions. cook until golden brown on both sides pico mix dice pineapples dice avacados dice tomatoes dice white onions throw some comin powder for flavor squeeze limes juice place corn torillas on a grill until slightly toasted on both sides ENJOY. it was very tastey
