A smoker. Worth every penny. For thanksgiving last year I had a turkey that was entirely smoked. Hands down the best turkey I've ever eaten.

I just got one a couple years ago. Best investment ever perhaps better than a grill. I've always loved brisket but the smoked turkey for thanksgiving was incredible. I made smoked salmon during the summer. Never had it before, the flavor of the salmon is amazing .
