#1 Posted: 5/10/2011 7:28:32 PM Wtf. I'm warm, start light and move to the 4th set max weight which is not all that heavy for me. Then the left ham goes, then the right on the next set...workout is over.
Heavey squats no problem, leg press none.
Frustrating as all hell - any suggestions?
