Has anyone tried these?   Are they good for normal everyday wear?  Can you play basketball in them?  Notice any improvement with leg or back pain?

I haven't tried them but I examined the reebok girls ones once. word is you need to like learn how to walk with them on and garbage. they look impossible to walk on and very uncomfortable.

Personally, I just think they are a way to make more sales. I highly doubt the shape of the bottom of your shoe can "shape up" your body. Your better off just exercising the ol' fashioned way.

i suspect that they are more likely to do long term damage to you lower body and spine that "shape up" your lower body...you need to read born to run, it has personally changed me in a way no other book has...ive been able to run farther and faster than i ever did before, because of the writers argument and research...

The above posters are mostly haters. If you get these shoes you will be dunking on a 10ft hoop in 3-4 weeks. They are a great way to pick up chicks too. Just start working those calves in line at the grocery store, the ladies will notice and maybe give you their number.
