#4 Posted: 1/25/2010 8:43:12 PM Can't give ya any dance songs to dance to where it leads up the bedroom action.....
But - once you get near the bedroom, throw on some Maxwell (especially his 1st album)

#6 Posted: 1/26/2010 12:59:15 AM Rockonova, I might be the worst dancer in the world. Except slow dances when I'm trying to get laid.

#7 Posted: 1/26/2010 5:07:56 AM ok guys, I checked out that song spill the wine... heard it many times in short version during commercials but never really researched into it. to be honest the overall feeling I got from the song is more festive than carnal love, and if put it in the context of relating to the opposite sex I would say it's more like courting than getting it on. yes, I know part of the lyrics are, "...c'mon, c'mon, get it on, get it on...my blood is your blood, my wine is your wine...", but I just didn't get that sense of urgency... the heat of passion sort of speak. but, yes, it's got a good groove and vibe... thanks for sharing
heat, gonna take some time and check out your boy max this weekend, should be good stuff
dennis, sure you can dance

#8 Posted: 1/26/2010 5:21:23 AM ok, since I'm being so critical of spill the wine I need to do some house cleaning. thus, removing the following songs from my original list...orange crush, galvanize, glorious, smooth, take a message... there, that's better

#9 Posted: 2/15/2010 5:22:18 PM rockanova - yeah you're right, "Spill the Wine" was never a serious get it on kinda groove - more of a semi-entrancing & whimsical fun sorta tune more in line with actually drinkin some wine ( maybe some Boonesfarm, lol) & parking with a buddy & a couple of chickies way back in the day when phrases like "making out" & "getting to 2nd" were actually uttered at times - LOL |

Tragic story but was a powerful, soulful singer - |

Rocko, when i "have to" .
Hey bubba, I just made a list of 45-50 cool dance type tunes......basically just scrolled down my IPod and put a heck of a cool list together.....I started nodding off, and I slouched down, and my chin hit ny keyboard as I was nodding off, and erased it all......
I'll do it again tomorrow......
Some good garbage that I'm sure you guys could have elaborated on it
