I hate the WNBA, just going to be honest. Once and a while I find myself betting it and tonight I am because i feel I got a good lean. The Sparks are playing great lately, and they have beat Minnesota twice this year already I believe. The Lynx are the best team in the WNBA and they play beyond amazing at home going 16-1. I think too much talk is about Minnesota being tired and I dont think that will matter to be honest. LA will come to play, but Minnesota knows they cant afford to lose game 1 and then go to LA game 2. I think Minnesota plays the basketball tonight they have all season and win the game.
My lean tonight is Minnesota -4.5
But have them ML locked in now at -220 because its the playoffs and i expect a good game. I got the ML parlayed with a soccer game right now that pays over 2 to 1 so i might just stick with the one parlay and avoid the -4.5. I would hate to sweat out a WNBA game. I'll stick to watching the NFL game tonight.

After what Indiana did to Atlanta, I hate WNBA as well. I totally overcommitted on this team this season, just like in 2011.
What I do agree with is LA looking great against SA and Minnesota taking
three games to advance is meaningless to what is about to transpire in
the Western Finals.
San Antonio took Minnesota to the brink last year. They should have
really knocked them out, just like Seattle should have knocked out
Minnesota this year. But...
This is the thing with great teams. The odds are stacked in their favor
quite heavily, and they normally don't allow their opponents multiple
chances during the same postseason (NFL with its 'lose one game, go
home' format is different; here are many more amazing upsets in Super
Bowl history than NBA Finals).
Miami Heat, though not looking great initially against Indiana (they
were down 1-2 in the series, having lost HC advantage, and basically
even odds to advance at that point), were down to Boston in Game 7 in
the series that followed.
In a shorter WNBA playoffs I believe Minnesota is done allowing their
opponents chances. Brunson I believe is the most valuable player in the
playoffs thus far, she has literally won game 3 for them with her
hustle. All talk about her - and the rest of Minnesota team - being
tired - is nonsensical.
What I think is going to happen is Minnesota overwhelming Los Angeles and giving them no chance at any point of this series. It looks like a 2-0 sweep with Minnesota covering - easily - both times.
p.s. I specialize in first half betting and LA was the best in WC, covering over 65% of their 1H lines... Minnesota was the worst with 45%. Guess what's gonna happen? Minnesota will murder them both first halves they play this postseason...

Up 20 in game 1 of the conference finals. Minnesota to win it all at -110 doesn't look too shabby at this point. Totally overcommitted on them, but fortunately they are the favorite
