But more annoyingly ....he uses the forum as a Fan forum ....and not a betting forum

He's been given a slap on the wrist and a warning to stay away in the future. 

You really have to stop reacting so feverishly when these clowns go into your threads.  By reacting, you are giving them exactly what they are looking for...and it is creating growing tension in the forums.  Just let it slide and pretend you didn't see it.
