I decided to give a fresh start to this thread with a bit
revamped handicapping filters for my picks and also for the money
management used.
Not that the previous results would not point probably to very good
overall results over the long term (the original system and the
restarted one were very much in the plus units as you can see in the
original thread:
but on the other hand I was not content with some aspects as the time was passing.
What you need to know:
1. The required bankroll is 100 units (1 unit = 1% of Bankroll)
2. I'm using variable units with each pick (shown in the front of the
pick) - these are the units I'm aiming to gain if the pick is a winner
Ex: If the odds are -110, a 2 unit pick won will add 2 units to the
bankroll, the same pick lost will subtract 2.2 units from the bankroll
2. For odds and lines I will use 5dimes, which I consider the best sportsbook available for USA bettors (otherwise I would go with Pinnacle).
3. For "Game Total" picks (Over or Under) I will always mention just the name of the home team
4. In my posts I will use the following symbols:
U = unit(s), W = pick or unit(s) won, L = pick or unit(s) lost, P = pick pushed, PP = game postponed
If more details will be required I will post at that time.

Basic System (A), System B and System C explained:
There may be a need to introduce besides the actual system I'm using
(just to differentiate we can call it "Basic" or "A" System) 2 other
system which will have lover risk and a lover bankroll increase target.
The Basic (A) System has an average bankroll increase target of 60% per
month, and as you know 1 U = 1% of the bankroll (100 units needed).
- System B will have an average bankroll increase target of 30% per month, and 1 U = 0.5% of the bankroll (200 units needed).
- System C will have an average bankroll increase target of 15% per month, and 1 U = 0.25% of the bankroll (400 units needed).
For the Basic System i will not use this name, I will just post the picks / results always like until now.
If at any time there will be needed to introduce the System B and / or
the System C, I will post the picks/results separate for these 2
systems, using these names.
If and until there is no mention about System B and / or System C you
can consider that all 3 systems are running exactly with the same picks /
numbers of units for each pick, the only difference being the size of
the units (U) compared to the bankroll.
(I'm planning to always have the same picks for all 3 System, just the
staking of units being different, but this is not for sure.)
