Just wanted to throw this out and see if anyone used it also. ESPN has game previews on their site (MLB at least) and many times a good sized odds favorite will be the underdog in their projection. I belive the program used is AccuScore and it runs the game many times using it's program.  I honestly think that this projection program has even been correct more times than not. Just curious if anyone out there had seen it and had any more stats?

You have to purchase a subscription to "Insider", to receive simulated score predictions.I'm not interested in having another bill to pay at this time...would love if you will pass along any major discrepencies between the predictor -vs- moneline for any games.

Well you actually don't need a subscription to view the %'s that each team will win. I do know that last night Tampa Bay was an odds favorite on here but when I clicked on preview over at ESPN (just found the preview from yesterday... MIN wins 55% of the time) it said they were a slight underdog. And by peeking at the leaderboard this morning it looks like the Accuscore projection was right once again because TB lost. I'll try to post some more examples when I can get some time.

Well I can definately give you an answer for this Cleveland game..Cleveland did not win yesterday..Oakland won 3 to 1 ...Cleveland won on Saturday..so maybe when you did your pick you did not notice the date..

as far as the simulators go..if you go to www.espn.com   then hit the MLB button and look to the left you will see all the games..if you preview the game (there is a button there) on alot of the the simulator automatically comes up..lately its been fewer and fewer but that is how you can get it free

Thanks deMelo, haven't had time to check on the forum lately. I've been able to get the preview with Accuscore % on every game on ESPN. Like I said earlier, not sure on the stats of how those projections do, but hopefully it helps.

on espn..sometimes when you get the accuscore at the top..if you look farther down it will also tell you the prediction of the vegas line..so in one place you can get a feel ..it saves you from looking all over the place..its not alot of help but its the best I know.and you are all welcome
