I ll take Ben at plus money anytime. Line will move towards Ben for sure. Everything about this fighter is awesome. Locking in 5 units at + 110 now. No disrepect to Edgar but Ben gonna take over the belt.

I like Frankie all day.  But i need to get on him before his line moves.  I might just parlay Chael with him.

I don't see what Bendo does better than Frankie.  People have doubt Frankie for about 4 straight fights, yet he always comes thru (besides the Draw, but he came back from a sure loss and I thought he could of won).  Frankie beat Penn standing.  Frankie withstood Maynard's wrestling.  Ben doesn't hit hard, he hardly has any KO/TKO wins.  They are both brown belts.  Frankie is a better wrestler.  Frankie will beat him with footwork and speed.

Jim Miller lost badly to Bendo, yet he just picked Frankie.

i definitely know that frankie will win.  Bendo's striking is not good enough, and frankie's submission defense as well as the wrestling defense will be able to handle bendo's bread and butter cam.  Frankie's boxing, head movement, and quickness will be way too much for bendo.

No they don't. 

They always pick the guy they lost too usually.  It makes them look better.

Frank Mir said Lesnar beats Overeem easy.  Hmmm...why?  Because Lesnar pounded his face in, so surely he is a beast.

It is the exact opposite.

I have defiantly respect Bendo more since he lost to Pettis.  Seems like he quit with the "Smooth" act, and really went in there and fought and scrapped since that loss. 

But like you said, Bendo's striking isn't good enough, and definatly not dangerous enough.  If Frankie could outbox BJ Penn, and move around him with ease...he will be able to outbox Bendo.  He is also a better wrestler than Henderson, and was able to hold his own vs. the best wrestler in the division (Maynard).  They both have very good cardio.  And they are both brown belts. 

I really don't see how Henderson wins.  He is just the new flavor of the month.

Hey good inputs guy. I think its gonna 1 hell of a fight no easy win for no one . I ve made lots of $ riding  Ben- Smooth  no way I am gonna stop now.  jonnyg got a good  debate going there but I  can see BEN is bigger and wider and  having an advantage in controlling the fight with his relentless wrestling.

Maynard is perhaps the biggest guy in the division, has has much better wrestling credentials than Bendo.  Yet he actually was out-wrestled by Frankie. 

I just think Frankie is on a whole new level.  He gets better each time out, you can tell he really works on becoming better and improve all areas. 

Lets not forget, Jim Miller had a kidney infection when he fought Bendo.  Bendo may have still won, but he wouldn't have looked as good.  Jim Miller isn't the sort of guy to make that stuff up either. 

I think if Frankie could beat BJ Penn twice, and a brute like Maynard...then he can beat anyone they throw next too him.  I think he has many distinct advantages in this fight.  Bendo's only advantage really is being the bigger man. 

If he can pin Frankie down and beat him up for 5 rounds I will be very impressed.  Frankie in my eyes is still underrated.  And with that KO of Maynard he proved that added onto all of his skills, he has some pop in those punches as well.

I cant remember seeing a tougher matchup to call.  Both of these guys have been absolute $ to bet on and now they face each other.  I like Henderson here by a little so I'll def be taking him as the dog.

I personally think Bendo has the tools to win. I'm not saying that he will, but I don't see Edgar beating him up in the stand up.

Johnny, as far as size, Bendo is probably as big as Maynard.

I've underestimated Edgar in every fight. His abilitly to "come back from the dead" after being 95% KO'd won him both fights vs Maynard. I don't know if anyone has that ability more than him

Yeah i'm going to have to hit edgar really hard, strike 1 against me when jds knocked out cain, strike 2 when overeem knocked out brock, and strike three i'm out?  I don't feel that benson's style is the answer to beating frankie edgar.  I do however feel that an edson barboza style would have a way better shot at winning the lightweight belt.  Jose Aldo, when he moves up to lightweight is also just as fast as frankie with better striking, to me would have a shot at beating frankie.  I'm very sorry but bendo is going to have to show me more than what he's done so far in the striking department.

Been knowing this for a while but jake ellenberger's style is the biggest threat to gsp's welterweight title.  He has great wrestling with a big knockout punching power.  Can he be as technical in striking with gsp?  Is jake ellenberger's wrestling as good as gsp, or even josh koscheck for that matter?  Carlos condit and nick diaz style is not the answer to beating gsp, even though fights with them would be very interesting to watch.

I think Miller lost to Ben  was most humuliated. How can he forget how he was dominated and manhandled by Ben .

Will bendo be able to drop frankie and then get a submission hold while frankie is trying to recover?  i don't think that bendo hits harder than gray maynard that's for sure.  Frankie was able to utilize his technical boxing to get repeated, unanswered, punches against gray.  I also believe that gray is a better/stronger/bigger wrestler than bendo and the cardio from both i think will cancel each other out.  Frankie works jiu jitsu with renzo gracie so he'll be able to get it done, the line for this fight is kinda tight, but i believe jose aldo will move up in weight class especially once frankie wins.  Who is next in line at 145 or who will be next to be a threat for the belt?  i would say jimy hettes and diego brandao but they are so far down the ladder it will take them a while to prove everyone.  There is also TUF 15 tv show that will have lightweights on there which more than likely featherweights are in there.  The same can be said for the TUF brazil show which also will have lightweights too that i'm sure will have guys who can lose 10 pounds and make featherweight.  I think the ufc realizes that the featherweights of the ufc might have the least of talents with respect to the other weight classes so they can only assume that more talent will be added to the pool after these shows finish.

Frankie Edgar vs Jose Aldo is the real fight that people want to see.

If edgar does lose, I hope he stays at 155. Cause 145 will be a bitch for me when I drop down to fight him ;-)

if edgar wins, aldo is definitely moving up, then gray is going to definitely win the belt having said what i did in #19 here

Jim Miller has said he was battling kidney infection.

He isn't exactly the type of guy who makes up excuses.  Explain why he looked like complete shit.

this fight could definitely go either way!!! Ben pressing the fight, Edgar getting the take downs, it could easily go either way!!! great fight!!!
