Atlanta Braves at Washington Nationals (-105, 7.5)

Hot pitching stat: Nationals right-hander Dan Haren is coming off one of his best outings of the season, allowing one hit over six shutout innings en route to a 3-0 triumph over the New York Mets.

Hot batting stat: Washington C Wilson Ramos has dominated the all-time matchup with Atlanta starter Mike Minor, going 6-for-8 with a homer against him.

San Diego Padres at Pittsburgh Pirates (-163, 7)

Hot pitching stat: Padres right-hander Andrew Cashner is 4-3 with a 2.72 ERA and four home runs allowed in 59 2/3 innings since the All-Star break.

Cold batting stat: San Diego 3B Chase Headley is 2-for-11 with seven strikeouts against the Pirates this season.

Weather: Temperatures will be in the mid-60s under partly cloudy skies. Wind will blow from left to right field at 6 mph.

Key betting note: The under is 20-7 in Pirates right-hander A.J. Burnett's last 27 home starts.


Miami Marlins at Philadelphia Phillies (-210, 7.5)

Hot pitching stat: Phillies left-hander Cliff Lee is 3-0 in his last five starts and has surrendered just seven earned runs over 36 innings in that span.

Hot batting stat: Marlins OF Giancarlo Stanton is 7-for-16 with a home run and three RBIs lifetime against Lee.

Weather: Temperatures will be in the mid-60s under sunny skies. Wind will blow in from left-center field at 7 mph.

Key betting note: Philadelphia is 6-2 in Lee's last eight Monday starts.


Chicago Cubs at Milwaukee Brewers (-130, 8)

Cold pitching stat: Cubs starter Edwin Jackson has surrendered 11 home runs to the Brewers; only the Toronto Blue Jays (16) have hit more against him.

Hot batting stat:
Milwaukee C Jonathan Lucroy is 9-for-24 with two homers and six RBIs against Jackson.

Weather: Temperatures will be in the high-50s with sunny skies. Wind will blow in from left field at 6 mph.

Key betting note: The Cubs have won just six of their previous 26 games in Milwaukee.


St. Louis Cardinals at Colorado Rockies (OFF, OFF)


Hot pitching stat: Cardinals starter Lance Lynn allowed one run on five hits over six innings of work in a win against the Milwaukee Brewers in his last start.

Hot batting stat: Colorado 1B Todd Helton has walked in all three career plate appearances against Lynn.

Weather: Temperatures will be in the high-60s with partly cloudy skies. Wind will blow out to left-center field at 4 mph.

Key betting note: The Cardinals have lost seven of Lynn's last eight road starts.


Los Angeles Dodgers at Arizona Diamondbacks (-105, 8.5)

Cold pitching stat: Diamondbacks starter Trevor Cahill allowed three runs (one earned) in a 5-3 loss to the Dodgers in his last start on Sept. 10.

Cold batting stat: Los Angeles 1B Adrian Gonzalez is batting .404 with three homers and 11 RBIs in 15 games versus Arizona in 2013.

Weather: Temperatures will be in the mid-90s with sunny skies. Wind will blow out to left field at 5 mph.

Key betting note: The under is 8-2 in the last 10 meetings in Arizona.
