James Madison's top scorer suspended for the first half

James Madison's leading scorer and rebounder Rayshawn Goins has been suspended for the first half of the Dukes' first round game Wednesday night.

Goins was arrested on Sunday night and charged with obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct. He averages 12.7 points and 7.4 rebounds this season, leading the team in both categories.

James Madison opened as a pick against LIU-Brooklyn in Dayton and the total opened at 147 in the first round on Wednesday. The Blackbirds are currently a -1.5 point favorite, and the line has dropped to 144.5.
