Miami Heat at New Jersey Nets (-3.5, 195.5)
Devin Harris and the Nets try to win consecutive home games for the first time this season Saturday when they host Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat.
Harris scored 41 points - six shy of his career high set earlier this season - in the Nets' 121-97 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Friday. After receiving a standing ovation from Nets fans during his introduction, Jason Kidd's return to the Izod Center for the first time since last season's trade was overshadowed by the player New Jersey (13-12) got in return.
Harris finished 14 of 25 from the field - including 5-for-9 from 3-point range - and had a season-high 13 assists.
"(Devin had a) special night, but he works his tail off every night," Nets coach Lawrence Frank said. "It's good to have reinforcement with all that hard work that you can have special nights like this. But he's had a lot of special nights."
The Heat (13-12) are also looking to build momentum, after they snapped their three-game losing streak with an 89-87 victory Friday over the Los Angeles Lakers.
Wade scored 35 points after being held below 20 in the prior two games, as Miami withstood a late rally by the Lakers that fell short when Kobe Bryant's shot bounced off the rim.
Although the Heat had another underwhelming offensive showing, scoring fewer than 90 points for the fourth straight game, they forced 21 turnovers while holding the Lakers to their fewest points of the season.
The Heat won this season's first meeting with the Nets, 99-94 in Miami on Nov. 10, when Wade scored 33 points. Harris was sidelined with a sprained left ankle for New Jersey.

Denver Nuggets at Phoenix Suns (-4.5, 222)
The Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets have been two of the NBA's highest-scoring teams over the last several years, but both clubs have rededicated themselves to defense this season.
Based on recent results, the defensive development of each team is still a work in progress.
The Suns and Nuggets look to bounce back from disappointing defensive efforts as they square off Saturday night in Phoenix, where Denver hasn't won in more than three years.
Phoenix has ranked in the league's top three in scoring in each of the last four seasons, finishing first three times in that stretch thanks to a fast-paced offense that often left the team vulnerable defensively.
General manager Steve Kerr has made major changes over the last year to help the Suns strike a better balance, includi
