When Newcastle and Tottenham meet, it's guaranteed entertainment and goals!

Some players who haven't been given too many chances since the start of the campaign will feature on both sides. It should be a spectacular game, with plenty of action at both ends.

Read below to see why my Newcastle vs. Tottenham predictions and free betting picks for Tuesday, October 29, are going for goals.

Newcastle vs Tottenham picks and predictions

My Newcastle vs Tottenham best bet: Over 2.5 (-147 at Sports Interaction)

There have been Over 2.5 goals scored in seven of the last eight home matches Newcastle played against Tottenham across all competitions.

Newcastle scored at least twice in five of their last six home confrontations with Spurs. Add that Newcastle are undefeated in their previous five matches against Tottenham and you'll have a full picture of the Magpies' recent domination over their North London opponents.

Separate from the rivalry, both teams have picked up goals in EFL Cup action. In the most recent round, Newcastle topped Bradford City 4-1 and Spurs defeated Doncaster Rovers 3-0.

I will take Sports Interaction's -147 for this game to see at least three goals. If you're the more adventurous kind, the Over 3.5 goals guarantees a much better +170 return, so you can consider that as well.

Newcastle vs Tottenham same-game parlay (SGP)

Over 2.5

Over 9.5 corners

Both teams to score - Yes

Anthony Gordon 1+ shots on target

Wilson Odobert 1+ shots on target

In the Premier League, Newcastle average 5.78 corners per game, with Tottenham at 6.22. With so many things likely to happen in both boxes, there should be plenty of context for corners.

Neither side will hold back from attacking. Newcastle hit the net at least once in each of their previous seven matches. On the other hand, Tottenham scored in nine of their last 10 outings. I think they will both shake the scoreboard on Tuesday evening at St. James' Park.

To round up a nice +800 return, I will include some individual props. I'll have one attacking player from each side shooting on goal at least once, with both Anthony Gordon and Wilson Odobert making themselves visible.
