Teams to "Fade"

Not really getting ahead of the curve there as all of those teams are already perceived as being terrible. Not to mention, even the worst teams can be backed in the right spots.

In general "fade" of course the line matters!!!

Pitt scares me this week. Why is line going down? They look very bad with 2 horrible losses and the line is going down. I get that Va tech isn't a great team but they should be able to beat Pitt by 10. Anyone know why lines moving down???

Line movement isnt always right!! the sharps move is what they fear, and most of the time it is the sheep move (usually the favorite)!!

capper - agreed, all of those teams are garbage.  But I was actually leaning toward Houston this week.  Possible letdown spot for UCLA after a big win, plus UH can score some points.  Possible backdoor cover?

I think Pitt may be a play this week, waiting for more information, but even the poorest teams will have line opportunity created by market speculation.

I like this years UCLA team. They are very well coached and finally have an offense that can put points on the board. The defense is a typical Pac-10(sorry 12) team but they have good athletes and play hard. I think they are the team to ride until they prove otherwise.

Colorado is on my fade list

In general, I would be careful putting teams on auto fade. It only takes line makers a few games to adjust.  Going into the year, the auto Buy at ANY price were Oregon, USC, Wiscy, Bama, LSU.  3 of those teams are 0-2 ats and the others are 1-1.  Nobody getting rich off of those teams right now.  Focus on the smaller schools/conferences.  Lots of value in Sun Belt right now b/c so many of those teams lost to FCS teams.  So odds makers don't know what the hell to make of teams like MTSU so they give you short lines 2 weeks in a row.  

Pitt is the worst team in the FBS.  VA Tech at -10 or less is a great play.  It is a max play for me this weekend.

Rice won as a road dog, and weren't slaughtered by UCLA.  Hardly see them as an auto-fade.

UNLV back door cover at home all the time.  The Vegas affect teams don't take them serious and players party as much as they can.  Live here I see it all the time. 

On paper should always fade but those lights will get a team that knows their better in trouble all the time

Florida Atlantic will be on my radar each week. They are pathetic.
