Our best NHL player props for Wednesday, March 11

Take a look at our best bets and expert analysis below.

Prop #1: Samuel Montembeault Over 25.5 saves (+100)

+100 at BET99

The Ottawa Senators have averaged 30 shots per game and been a possession hog at 5-on-5with the fourth-highest Corsi For percentage during their active 9-1-2 stretch.

As a result, I’m anticipating Montreal Canadiens starter Samuel Montembeault to be busy in the blue paint tonight.

This is also a ripe spot for Montembeault to pile up saves, and I’m expecting statistical correction ahead with his .872 save percentage after posting a respectable .902 mark across 143 games over the past three years.

Prop #2: Linus Ullmark Over 21.5 saves (-110)

-110 at BET99

Senators No. 1 Linus Ullmark has been solid on home ice this season with a .908 save percentage and 2.34 GAA, and the Canadiens have averaged a healthy 28.3 shots per game out of the Olympic break.

Additionally, the Sens are a sizable home-ice favorite, so the Habs stand to have more urgency to put pucks on net if/when trailing.

Prop #3: Pierre-Luc Dubois Over 1.5 shots on goal

-110 at BET99

Washington Capitals center Pierre-Luc Dubois recorded 16 shots through his first five games back in the lineup, but he’s been held without a shot on just a single attempt across his past two.

Look for Dubois to flip the script again on Wednesday. He’s been on the ice for a 60.4% shot share at 5-on-5 since returning to action and also skates with the No. 1 power-play unit.
