Our best NHL player props for Monday, November 17
Take a look at our best bets and expert analysis below.
Prop #1: Brad Marchand anytime goal
The Florida Panthers signed Brad Marchand to a lucrative extension this past offseason as he looks to help them win a third straight Stanley Cup. The 37-year-old has clearly shown no signs of slowing down, already scoring 12 goals in 17 games played.
Marchand has found the back of the net in six of his last seven appearances, most recently scoring in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning. He already has seven goals in November, to go along with three assists.
The Cats face the Vancouver Canucks tonight, and Marchand had one goal in two meetings with them in the 2024-25 campaign. He’ll keep it rolling here.

Prop #2: Zach Werenski Over 3.5 shots on goal
This is clearly a high total for shots on goal, but Zach Werenski is deserving of it. The Columbus Blue Jackets defenceman is averaging 3.66 shots on target per night this season, cashing the Over in five of his last six outings.
Werenski put five pucks on net in a loss to the New York Rangers on Saturday. Last Thursday, he also registered four against the Edmonton Oilers. Werenski only has 13 points this season, but he stays busy on the blue line.
The Jackets take on the Montreal Canadiens this evening, and Werenski had 11 shots on goal against them across three meetings last season.

Prop #3: Connor McDavid Over 1.5 points
Save the best for last, right? Connor McDavid is having another brilliant campaign for the Cup-chasing Edmonton Oilers, scoring nine goals and tallying 21 assists. The three-time Hart Trophy winner actually leads the NHL in helpers and has a whopping 16 points in November.
He’s hit the Over in points in three of his last four games, scoring twice and registering an assist in a crucial win over the Hurricanes on Saturday. Before that, McDavid had a pair of helpers vs Columbus.
Edmonton is on the road tonight to face the Buffalo Sabres, and McDavid has cashed the Over in points in four of his previous five away from Rogers Place. He’s unstoppable, and the Sabres are one of the worst defensive teams in the NHL.
