As we enter Week 12 of the NFL season, we've already had two coaching casualties with the Tennessee Titans moving on from Brian Callahan and the New York Giants dismissing Brian Daboll.

With a few teams now playing out the string, the next NFL coach fired odds are starting to heat up, especially in Atlanta.

Falcons Raheem Morris

The Atlanta Falcons were supposed to be good this year. That is a hill I will die on.

Unfortunately, a few key injuries derailed their season, and now the best path forward is to tank and shoot for the stars in the upcoming NFL Draft.

The causality of a team underperforming is always the coach, and Raheem Morris is all but on his way out the door.

Not to say it's all his fault, but he's 11-16 in dating back to the start of the 2024 season.

With high-end talent like Michael Penix Jr, Bijan Robinson, Drake London, and Kyle Pitts, this team should be competing for a division title yearly.

Cardinals Jonathan Gannon

The Jonathan Gannon experience in the desert has not gone according to plan. The Arizona Cardinals are just 15-29 with Gannon at the helm, and the team just looks overmatched in every aspect.

Playing in a tough NFC West division is not an excuse, but an oft-injured QB, running back problems, and a leaky defense all add up to some dry results.

It's tough to pin all the blame on Gannon, but a new voice may be the answer in Arizona.

Browns Kevin Stefanski

Kevin Stefanski has been around the longest of the three coaches listed here, but his 42-52 record as the Cleveland Browns bench boss speaks volumes for the state of the franchise.

I don't believe any other franchise would continue to employ a coach 10 games under .500 over the last five+ seasons.

You can point to two playoff appearances, but the revolving door of quarterbacks and the lack of sheer competence and stability have to raise some flags sooner or later.
