FanDuel Casino on Wednesday announced the launch of its Rewards Club, available to players in four select states.

According to the announcement, the new rewards program will allow customers to accrue points and unlock levels and exclusive offers.

Key Takeaways

  • The program is live in four of seven states where online casino gambling is legal.

  • Customers know what rewards they’re playing to unlock beforehand, unlike competing brands.

  • FanDuel earlier this year boosted its online casino by launching progressive jackpots.

The Flutter Entertainment-owned online casino is rolling out Rewards Clubs in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

The launch will deliver a deeper and more rewarding experience to FanDuel casino customers, with every level of rewards offering new benefits designed to “recognize and celebrate” customer loyalty.

Transparency is a central theme of the Rewards Club. Customers will know what they are playing to unlock at different tiers, whereas other companies keep them in the dark until they reach those levels.

“At FanDuel Casino, we're committed to delivering a thrilling experience, and with Rewards Club, players can now be rewarded for their everyday play," said Andrew Gradwell, Senior Vice President of Casino Product. “The program is designed to elevate the player experience - enabling customers to enjoy their favorite games while earning points, unlocking new tiers, and accessing greater rewards.”

Rewards points are accumulated with every dollar that is wagered at the online casino. Rewards include 5-25% weekly money-back bonuses, Reward Boxes, and birthday specials.

A content campaign to boot

In addition to rolling out its new rewards program, FanDuel Casino is digging into a new content campaign called “Calling All Thrillionaires.”

The campaign is intended to showcase the gripping experience delivered by the company’s casino platform. It will get underway with three new videos released in Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Videos were created in partnership with Orchard Creative with a special focus. Rather than simply paying celebrities to endorse their program, the new videos will highlight the feelings of excitement that are created by the casino through the use of proprietary language, such as “thrillionaire.”

“At FanDuel Casino, we know that the thrill comes from anticipating the win,” said FanDuel Casino VP of Marketing Daniele Phillips. “The latest chapter of ‘Calling All Thrillionaires‘ brings the thrill of anticipation to life through Rewards Club. The campaign not only showcases our new Rewards Club offering but also demonstrates how FanDuel Casino continues to elevate the customer experience with innovation, loyalty, and nonstop entertainment.”

FanDuel continues to elevate casino platform

FanDuel is not only the American leader in sports betting, but it’s also taken several steps to leverage its online casino platform.

The company last December used its partnership with the NBA to create the online slot machine game “NBA Super Slam”. It also launched a new four-tier progressive jackpot system in April, allowing customers to compete for increasing prizes.
