The Wyndham Championship is the final regular-season event on the PGA Tour schedule before the FedEx Cup Playoffs begin next week.
It’s a solid field heading to Sedgefield Country Club this week, with multiple 2025 winners teeing it up. After peeking at the Wyndham Championship odds list, I’m going with Lucas Glover, Nicolai Hojgaard, and Christiaan Bezuidenhout as my top sleeper and longshot golf picks.

Sleeper pick to win: Lucas Glover
+4000 at DraftKings
Lucas Glover won this event in 2023, and he’s heading back to Sedgefield CC in excellent form with ranks of second in this field in both true strokes gained tee-to-green and on approach.
Additionally, Glover respectively ranks sixth and first in the two metrics dating back to the highlighted 2023 win. This will also be his 17th appearance in the event, and I’m anticipating the ball-striking wiz to have another solid showing in Greensboro.
Sleeper pick to win: Nicolai Hojgaard
+6000 at bet365
This will be the third trip to the Wyndham for Nicolai Hojgaard, and he’s gained true strokes on approach and on the greens in each of his first two. The emerging Dane is also heading to Sedgefield with three consecutive Top 25s, including an impressive T4 at the Scottish Open and T14 at The Open.
Hojgaard has gained true strokes across the board during the three-tourney run to rank fifth in tee-to-green play and 20th in putting, too.
Sleeper pick to win: Christiaan Bezuidenhout
+8000 at DraftKings
This is a fair price to take a flier on Christiaan Bezuidenhout’s tee-to-green game and putting to both catch fire for a first PGA Tour win. The South African is accurate off the tee and has gained true strokes on approach and on the greens in three straight events.
Bezuidenhout has a trio of DP World Tour victories on his resume, and he’s coming off a solid T20-T34-T13 run to further reinforce that his game is trending in the right direction.
