Well the under looked good yesterday in the Fever @ Mystics game until OT ruined it for all us "under" backers. Time to move on.
Mercury @ Sparks: Over 155
The last game hit 147 and that was after an awful 25 point 1Q. BG went just 2-11 and Bonner 3-11 in that game and Mercury had 11 less shots then the Sparks. Mercury turned the ball over 14 times compared to the Sparks 12 but the big difference was the 9 offensive boards to 3 with the Sparks winning in that department. Mercury only shot 40% in this game and the game still hit 147. They rarely shoot this low and I also like the fact that the Sparks only went to the line 8 times compared to 22 for the Mercury. I think we see a few more FT's in this game as well as better shooting from Phoenix.

morning Oz, went 0-5 yesterday lost 50 bags, looks like our man Ax did good so at least we got that going for us which is nice
Atl +2 1H 10 bags Atl +4 10 bags Dream are definitely the worst team left in the playoffs now that SA got bounced and Chi have beaten them SU in last 3 and ats in last 4, I'm just hoping desperation for Atl and a bit of nerves for Chi can be the great equalizer, Angel like Toliver can shoot her team into or out of the game hope she doesn't go all pouty psycho Ron Artest on me, GL today

Sup dudes. Yeah, bad break with OT @WSH, but Indy won !
Anyway, as I posted yesterday, I think the game in Chicago will be a close one. The Dream had the Sky on the ropes for most of the 2Q, but a few defensive breakdowns cost them dearly. So I am liking ATL 1H, ATL +4 and under 1H. Let's see how it goes. I hope the Dream will close the door for EDD's layups. Not big leans there.
As for the 2nd game, I still like PHX -3. Although I might hedge a bit if the line moves to -4.5/-5. PHX really needs to close this series today. I do like the over play by Aussie, but I am a bit cautious. In GM1, the Sparklets stunned the Mercs early on with their frenetic and physical D. I expect them to play in the same vein today. So a lot will depend on the refs. It is an open secret that DT (and Angel) get no love from the refs, as opposed to Catch, EDD, and Minny primas. So if the refs use their whistles as buttplugs tonight, as they often do, that game might turn real ugly. The good news is that I do not expect a raucous crowd at the Staples Center today so that might help the Mercs. And the Mercs started to play as physical in the 2H of GM1; that elbow by DT on Ogwumike was vicious, I loved it ! But I am worried about Griner, she had that deer in the headlights look in GM1. And Penny needs to hit a couple of f.cking threes. Lotsa ifs today.

I'm leaning Phoenix, and tha low on this one . Feel as if the Mercury knw they can mash the gas if need be but rather jump out on mabe a 5 to 7 lead and coast tha rest of tha way.

Sorry Wagers.. I don't think the Dream gets past the Sky in this series and I think it ends today. An almost 100% EDD vs a Angel that is still obviously suffering from tendonitis in her foot. The Sky had so much potential last season and were stopped by the Fever. If it wasn't for EDD's injuries, the Sky would have been close to winning the East. They were playing so well at the start of this season until she became ill. Too much emphasis on Angel to get the job done for the Dream. She took 30% of the Dream's shot in game 1. Even with EDD in the team, the Sky share their shots around the team. I think we see this being a nail-biter but the Sky wins by 5-7 points.

Aussie why is the line dropping? Dream was +155 now 130.
Not to sure Bimmershop. Im guessing that the books are adjusting their lines because some money is coming in on the Dream. The way I see it is that the Dream are a terrible team on the road and now face a juggernaut in EDD and the Sky.

On this one as well. I also can't get the Chicago team early this season out of my head. They were blowing everyone out!!! When EDD went down, they imploded. When she got back, they beasted again.
Also got prop play of HT-FT Tie-Chicago for +1800, parlay of under this game and Phx-3.5, and an unloading of cash on PHX-3.5

'It wasn't until coach Michael Cooper spoke to Dumerc in private after practice on Saturday that she started to feel the pain and eventually was forced to sit out Game 2 in Chicago.
P.S. Anonymous witness later reported that Cooper was seen walking out of the meeting room with a baseball bat and a look of determination on his face."

That is funny, Muggsy; except Coop has been Dumerc's biggest fan. He could have benched long time ago. She is still a rook, so she must be on a minimum contract and I doubt that she has any clout with the front office. In short, she is a nobody and Coop did not have to play her at all. Gruda is a player of higher caliber and the Sparklets had no problems playing her 15 mins per game.
