Thank you for the picks dwest. Let's hope this Monday goes better than last Monday. Last Monday I seem to recall you had about 3 games that were winning but then lost in the bottom of the 9th or something like that and it ended up being a bad day.
 
One other thing I'm curious about... have you kept track of your wins and losses and total units won over the years? Alot of people put that on their threads and that's the one thing I think you haven't done yet.

No I have not, and I will not, since the concept of this thread is not how much Units a person makes, or how much $$$$ he makes.  The concept is pure and simple, and that is "If you research and know as much as you can about an event, and you act reasonable in your wagering, then by placing 3 teams you can Beat the Bookie by only winning 1 out of 3, it is simple, win 2 out of three you still double your money.  It is simple, what is hard is looking at an event, knowing that there is an upset, and yet being able to see the possibilities of an upset, and finally the ability to act on what you know and not what you feel.   Hope this helps

Pardon the interruption gentlemen but if anybody is interested, I think SF is a strong pick for tonight and I have it as my best bet of the day. As you can see I'm red hot right now. Not to brag or anything but i'm enfuego baby! Florida is flying across country to play in that lovely SF summer cold weather.  I know it well as I lived in the Bay Area for 12 years. The Giants are hitting well and going for their 5th straight. Florida despite their late game heroics wont be able to handle Zito. They have lost 5 straight to Zito dating back to 2007. Bank it SF for the win!

Nothing in MLB is a garanteed win, all that we can hope for is to look beyond the obvious.  In this case:

1. Zito more less owned Florida (This Season), Reality, Florida is a contender, familiar with SF BP, no strange, nothing to Hide.  And yes.   SFG has demonated FLOR, but like everything all good comes to an end sooner or later.  Sorry about your loss, hopefully next time will be better

Good morning fellas, I'm ready to start a new streak. After having my heart ripped out by the Giants. This is why I rarely bet on my favorite team the Yankees. Its already an intense experience as it is. You throw in the ingredient of a W10 streak and everything gets magnified. Anyways I will post my 3 best bets later today.

I agree thats why I said I don't it. I don't even play the Yanks on the Streak Survivor for the same reason. When I do play my favorites is when they're in the Playoffs and I bet on the series. That I will do. But laying money on the Yanks every night with those odds. No thanks I will definitely pass.

Good Starting Point, now maybe your next step in identifying a great play is to:

  1. Compare your Starter Pitcher versus opponent Batters
  2. Compare your RP Pitching Status
  3. Compare the teams as to how they play each other, after a win, after a Loss,
  4. What kind of Ballpark are they playing in?  Is it Hitter Friendly, or Pitcher Friendly.
  5. See what the Bookies Odds are on the game (Any game where the Odds is like +160 or better or -160, it is a Good Idea to stay away from also pay in mind, that when you have a top 10 pitcher in there division opposing your play, Stay Away...And Lastly if you have 2 Top 10 Pitchers playing against each other, usuallly it is a good idea to play the "Under" not always though)
