A decent size house now is about $500K. Two-three years ago when the housing market crashed, it was about $400K. Today, the demand for housing is very high than supply, therefore, causing a huge surge in housing prices. That's not the main reason for the surge in housing prices the last 2-3 years across U.S and Canada. I'm not racist, but its the Chinese investors who are scooping houses with both hands with cash for their investment as housing prices in China and Hong Kong are very similar to here in the U.S, but lands here worth much much more than in the foreign country imo.

Anyway, what's yout take on the 49ers and seahawks tomorrow? I'm leaning under but can't decide which side. My research says the line is correct at about 7 since both defenses are very good. Advantage 49ers on offense on a short week.

Not a terrible idea laying off todays games but dont think too hard on the thursday nighter im taking san fran at an alternate spread of -5.5, staying off the over/under on this one

Looking forward to seeing your opinion on TNF game man! I am loving the under here...I am very tempted to take SF and the under but I am not a huge fan of betting spreads/unders together. My dilemma is that I pin the score for the game to be 21-10 or 20-9 in favor of SF. Hope to see your take on it tomorrow!!

Primetime = Thurs night , sunday night, monday night games. MNF = monday night football.
