Anyone have any data related to players in extreme heat. Clearly a factor in first match today.

They just changed the roof so both sides are in the shade for the next match

Good for US players. Most professional tennis players live in Florida

Well out of shape and overweight most likely a factor in the heat. Lol. Seems these players really struggling this year with the heat… isn’t is always hot in NYC for this tournament?! Seems no one is prepared for the heat this year.

It can be hot some years but usually not this hot and humid this time of year. Labor Day is when most people on the east coast close their pools. Can’t do it this year since it’s unusually hotter

Humidity is the main factor. Already seeing in the Fritz/Djokovic match. Took over 35.5. Before it started.
