Yes i am relatively new to gambling and had a question for ya.
This whole NBA season i deposited 200 into my account ten times.
Throughout the season i recorded a 60% winning percentage BUT i would raise my bankroll from 200 to 600 or 1,000 so quickly i would raise my bets and then lose it all. Time and time again i did this...... I lost 2 grand this season but i won 60% of my picks.
I was wondering what kind of money management i should use for neXt season.

Do you play blackjack? If yes, then this will make sense. What I do...
first off...start off slow. If your bankroll is $1,000, wager $20-25/game.
When you get hot, on a streak, raise it up to $37.50-$50.00. If you have a negative day, like 1-2, 1-3, drop right away to $20/game until you get hot again.
IMO...realistically if you win 50% of your bets and your average losses are $25 (averaging some $50 losses in their b/c of the win streak) and your average win is $30 (assuming you going on a 4-5 game win streak) you're walking away with quite the profits.
Rules of blackjack:
- Cut ur bets when you're losing
- Increase ur bets when you're winning
Problem is everyone does the opposite b/c emotion gets the better of them. I hit 48% in pucks this season, yet I walked away with 27 units profit.
That's my system and I've been doing it for 12 yrs. And yes, I do have weak moments lol.

YA i start out with the $20 bets then i go lets say 6-3 over 2-3 days and automatically start thinking well if i increased y bankroll $200 to $300 in 3 days why cant i do it again with higher bets the next 3 days. GREED GREED GREED
I know if i flat bet i would of won 2 grand this season instead of losing 2 grand.
Anyways thanks a lot.
This year i learned that you have to treat this hobby VERY SERIOUSLY!!
Next year i plan on coming up with a money management system and sticking to it.
Posting all of my bets on wagerline so i can keep track of my record AND EVERYONE ELSE CAN TOO
ALSO I HEARD WRITING ALL YOUR BETS DOWN AND THE RESULT IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL THING TO DO
I WANT TO GET GOOD AT THIS ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME

you need to play 1-5% of your bankroll on plays, so if you have $1000, $50 really should be your maximum plays. Otherwise you go on a bad run you will go broke. And because there truely are no locks in sports never, ever bet more than 10% of your roll on one game. I learned the hard way when I was starting sportsbetting and took some huge hits. Safe yourself the trouble and manage your bankroll, its the most important thing you can do. Discipline is def a huge requirement, never chase your losses either dont go on tilt and bet huge just because you had a really bad day. The real good days and real bad days will even out its the edge you may or may not have that will be the factor of your profits.
