DavidN - another loser

I had wondered what had happened to Davidn.  He had that great run last year then poof.......nowhere to be found on here.  I am the first to decry the tout racket but Dave Cokin IS tearing it up on his marquee plays......all meticulously documented.   I never buy picks but my buddy did and he was very satisfied with his performance AT COLLEGE FOOTBALL.......can't speak to any other sport.   Personally,  I only bet a hundy a game so it wouldn't be worth it even if I was willing to buy picks, which I'm not.

He was the nuts last year and anyone who followed him made money. Shit I could’ve bought his pick 10 times and still be ahead from last year but we’re in “what have you done for me lately” business. 
I was one of his biggest fans til he went tout, can’t blame a guy for wanting to make more money and more power to him if he can. I for one can’t buy picks and it’s not the money but the idea of it all. My friends have offered to pay for DavidN picks but I never told them his info nor even about this forum. It’s just pure laziness on their part and I won’t spoon feed them like I do my kids. I still follow him on Twitter but mainly do my homework here where there are plenty of guys sharing their knowledge with us. Take the time to find out who’s legit on here and save yourself the 5x or whatever x the next guy wants to charge you.

I had another winning week thanks to these guys on here.

 Couldn’t agree more. I won’t make the mistake again. I will spend my free time on covers making sure no one pays DavidN or any other tout. Fuck them all. Where my country gone?!

 I would suggest spending your free time capping instead.

Just chalk it up as a lesson learned.  And that lesson is....don’t buy picks.  It’s your money bud. Why you want some stranger gambling it?  And most likely that stranger has a much bigger bank roll, better money management and can afford a cold streak.  You getting all mad at him when you chose to pay him and blindly tail him.  Think about that.  The person you should be mad at is yourself. Now you know.  And knowing is half the battle.......yoooooo Joe! 

If they were so good at betting, they wouldn’t be going tout. They would just win straight up betting that and not relying on subscriptions lol

Never can please em all David! Tough year to go tout too!! It does suck when folks pay and still lose but that's gambling. 

Only as good as what you did yesterday, it seems.

Think about this: You're a sucker to start with when you bet on sports. I mean, what other form of gambling would you knowingly give up 10% to wager on? Blackjack? No. Craps? No. Video poker? No. Ring game poker? Hell no. Slots? No, not even slots. Big six wheel? Maybe. You're right up there in raw odds with playing the Big Six Wheel when you bet sports. It took me a long time to understand this; the quicker you do, the better off you'll be.

As for DavidN, he was golden last year, particularly in the Big 10. His record speaks for itself. And too, he is honest; many tauts aren't. You don't need to be talking him down because he is on a negative run. Foolish, and childish.
