JAX -10 No let down here folks. First divisional game against the guys who called themselves the "real" AFC South champs last year after beating Jax twice in season. Titans played a mistake free flawless game last week and still just managed a narrow W at home. This should...no...will get ugly early.
ATL/NO Over 53 Saints passing defense has allowed this statistical snapshot thru 2 games : 43/58 (74% comp), 663 yds, 5 TDs, only 1 INT. Did I mention the opposing QBs were Fitzpatrick and Ty Taylor? Falcons defense are walking wounded. All offense today.
NYG/HOU Over 43.5 Big D has been on this total since early in the week and I understand why. Neither team will accomplish much on the ground, so it's time to use some of the best receiving talent in the NFL with Hopkins, Fuller, Beckham, and Shep. Defensive backs are a liability for both teams. Now if only Eli and Shaun Shaun can make the throws.
PHL/INDY Under 46 This line feels about 3-4 points higher than it should be. Philly's offense seems to be in no condition to exploit the erratic Colts defense. Points will be hard to come by today.

Glad ur back...Cowboys look like trash....we will win
more than your 's....
Rain in DC Bmore Philly...
Will Rodgers play today...
Tigger get busy son...
True story ...
even after his rookie year I said that I was concerned about Dak's ability to throw the ball. His impressive stats were the result of some incredible good fortune, and a lot of check downs. Dak will never be a quality pocket passer. Hopefully they have figured out that he needs to run the ball more.
On the other hand, the Pokes defense is very, very good, and very young.
This is their best D in 25 years.
When (if) they get their Center back, and can run the ball effectively, this team will win a lot of games 17-13.

I took week 1 off. Did well week 2, albeit not posted. Here goes week 3 ...Indy +7Tenn +10NO +2, MLWash +3, MLChargers +7Dal +1.5, MLDet +7Couple of those are juiced a bit.GL today, fella's
You might want to buy an extra 20 points with the Titans. Yes, I think +30 might eke out the cover.

Not sure how an overly emotional defense, such as the Jags have, does not suffer a let down after last week.
10 points in a divisional "rivalry" game is a lot.

I am adding Dallas plus 1. Not because I love the Boys so much, but I think the Seahags ( with a nod to the great Hondo ), are a pretty bad team. I think Dallas is decent and should beat the over the hill gang, even though the "12th Man" will be in the building. Crowd gets quiet pretty quick when you stink. Even Wilson looked bad last week having to do it by himself.

buddy for your sake you better hope the Vikes put up over 30, its already a task to run against them and if you ( Bills ) dont have one to begin with and a rookie or a Peterman ( whatever his name is ) at the helm i just dont see them putting many points on the board. I'm thinking of laying the heavy wood. BOL Cy.
That's what I'm hoping for today..Heading over to my bookies house with the money to watch the game and eat Pho' today.....I either come back with a sack of money or empty handed ..we'll just have to see...

The Titans/Jags game just pulled an HG Wells and transported us back in time to the earliest beginnings of football. I can't say I'm surprised, but it did catch me off guard. Jags OC Nathaniel Hackett will be the downfall of this team. I suppose we showed better than the Vikings

Teams coming off a tie and playing next week on the road are 0-10 S/U, 1-9 ATS last 10 times it has happened. McCarthy cancelled practice on Wednesday because his guys still looked gassed from Sunday's tie with Minnesota. Rodgers is complaining that his knee is not getting any better. Starting CB Kevin King and nickel back Davon House are doubtful to play.

looking back over this thread, not only did hugh jorman sports make his triumphant return but there is good discussion and winners all over the place. my only regret is not taking buffalo as the auto play i said it was. that decision was softer than new england's defense.
anyway, great job. i do like pitt tonight but i'm going to shut it down for the week and just watch it. best case scenario, of course, is tampa gets one more improbable win and we start fading them and pitt comes back strong and beats their terribly weak opponent next week.
