It&#x27;s being reported that Johnny Manziel has signed a standard player agreement with the Alliance of American Football.A player receives a three-year, non-guaranteed contracts worth &#xD;&#xA;$250,000. The pacts include health insurance and an education stipend &#xD;&#xA;for any player who registers one year of service time.Meanwhile, players are allowed to sign with NFL teams while under contract in the AAF. Per Pro Football Talk&#x27;s Mike Florio, "NFL out" clauses become available from post-AAF championship game through Dec. 1 of each calendar year.

I think the league is hoping the name may keep it alive , who knows maybe he will sign with the xfl which has bigger city&#x27;s and I think just may out do the aaf.

Whether of not Manziel will be able to play in the XFL remains to be seen.. Under McMahon's rules for the XFL league, "If you have any sort of criminal record or commit a crime you aren't playing in this league.''McMahon...

So,under that criteria Manziel is not eligible to play in Vince McMahon's league.

The NFL suspended Manziel or the first four games of the 2016 NFL season after violating the league's substance abuse policy.

Also in 2016, Manziel was indicted on an assault charge in an alleged domestic incident with his now-former girlfriend. That charge, a misdemeanor, was later dismissed. Manziel wasn’t arrested in that case, but he was arrested on a fake ID charge in college. He later pleaded guilty to giving a false ID to police.

If, McMahon does want anyone who has any criminality whatsoever associated with his League ..taking Manziel might be a bit of a stretch....
