Definitely not the worst call, but maybe the worst post100% goalie interference

Even if the Caps had the extra goal they likely would have lost the game.

Absolutely agreed - I'll say one thing, I'm not a big fan of soccer/football (other than perhaps the World Cup) but I can guarantee you, if a ref in a Champion's League Game pulled that kind of shit, he would be ripped to shreds (and yes, most likely the same would've happened to him in a true hockey market)

Sure, that one call cost them the series and cost them game 7. Yeah right.........Caps just couldn't overcome bad goaltending and a goaltender in Halak, who got hot at the right time of year.

As other posters have said...Halak is THE reason they came back from down 3-1...he allowed 3 goals in 135 shots for an INSANE GAA and save %.  Let's not forget that Washington didn't play with any urgency in games 5 or 6 or 7 which means, as people have said, the better TEAM won this series.

Onto the next...GO PENS

You can look at thie as a hockey fan or a gambler... as a gambler who was napping instead of placing his bet on the Habs.... I say good call... if I was just a fan, I'd be questioning the call.

I couldn't care less who won. I didn't have a cent on the game but I did want to see Ovy v Sid in the playoffs. It was a terrible call and the better team lost, that's for sure.

I am still pissed over the No-Call on the offsides during a big goal that help the Isles beat my Flyers in the 1980 Finals.

I think I'll take it to the grave... and beyond, to the big judge.
