There will still be lines on the games, but for the most part home ice means pretty much squat for most teams. So the line adjustments will be very little.  But you should give the unders a good look. I am sure the oddsmakers will adjust but will not do it quickly

They should put every team in the playoffs. Best against worst. Make the series 3 out of 5. The finals being 4 out of 7. They can give the whole deal some kind of asterisk name for the records. 1st two games in the city with the team having worse record. The last 1 or 3 games at the other. 

Every city can get back some revenue and the tickets  can be marked down. Relying more heavily on TV revenue. Can that work.?.  

That is of course providing the virus passes sufficiently..
