 As long as bettman is in charge no Canadian team will win the cup.

The Capitals will most likely be eliminated on Thursday night, though I’d love it if they could force a Game 6 so I can unload on the Hurricanes -1.5.

 I was thinking the same thing. I remember a few years ago when Tampa won their 2nd cup against Montreal. They were in control of the series playing in Montreal and I remember hoping that the habs would take that game 4 at home so I could absolutely unload on Tampa to win the cup in game 5 at home. This canes/caps scenario reminds me of that, and while I’m not quite as confident it’s almost.

Oilers have the offense,  but not the goaltender to win it.  Pickard looked strong earlier in net,  but now he's injured and we're back w Skinner.... who was benched earlier. 

It looks like it will be Carolina's turn to beat Edmonton for the Cup.  They are the most balanced team out there,
