I took Philly 50-1 to win it all before the plyoffs for $100
I put another $1000 on Philly at +200 to beat Chicago
Obviously if Philly wins I win $7000 but I'm into it for $1100.
I'm thinking just take Chicago 2-1 at the adjusted series price to make the $1100 back to ensure I dont lose anything.
I could also just see what happens in Game 5 and if Philly wins I can let it ride and hedge Game 6 by taking Chicago at a pick. But if it goes to a game 7 I'm fucked.

Why not just wait until Chicago is up 3 games and then place a to win amount bet of $1,100 on them until the series is over. So let's say Chicago wins game 5 with the series at 3-2.
Let's assume -200 juice for Chi
The worst case for your future bet is that they win Game 6 and you make back your money
The best case scenario is Philly comes back and wins game 6 and 7. If you wagered at -200 juice, risking a total of $2200 both games on the bhawks and lose both times, then you end up taking a profit of $1,500. ($7000-$1100 = $5900-$4400 = $1500) More if the proposed juice of -200 is less.
Or...just let it ride...
I'd double check my numbers just to make sure my math is correct before jumping the gun.
