and tin,
wet conditions r better for the over than most think. Its alot easier for an offensive play to run, seeing as how they decide where they go, Whereas the defenders are reacting and mirroring the offensive play. Either they play zone to take some of that away, and give up all the underneath shit, or they let it play out knowing it goes both ways. the under is catching juice, i believe, becuase the general perception is that rain slows everything down, and people are pounding the under.
