Bills cant lose another game if they are trying to catch the Pats for the division title. I still dont think Bills will win the division tho.

 If they lose this game and win their game against the Pats they still have a big chance to lock that 7th seed. This game on the other hand is more important for the bengals incase an division tie against the Ravens and the Steelers.
