Bro.. I was just at the Hard Rock casino in Atlantic City this weekend and I swear, ANY casino pho is gawd awful and over priced ($25! an_speechless ). I had a comped bowl and it was extremely plain. It's always better to go to a hole in the wall restaurant where they specialize in pho or the owners are Vietnamese and they know what they're doing.
