I think its too much but a lot of quarterbacks are overpaid so its not out of alignment. Mac Jones has outperformed him and is earning very littl, the sample size is small but Ive seen nothing that would indicate its something Jones would be unable to sustain. Im sure if Lynch knew that would be the case that would have been allocated elsewhere.

 

Purdy is a much better scrambler than Jones but Jones has a better arm. When Purdy is fully healthy and has all is weapons hes one of the most efficient QB's in the history of the league.
