LC: what do you make of this statistic and how does it effect your handicapping of the PIT-IND and BAL-CIN game.
Before last week since 1989 only 10 times had teams had a -2 turnover margin and won the game by 20 or more points. Last week INDY and the RAVENS both managed to accomplish that feat. Interesting!

Thanks for your picks LC, I like your angles and I think you have a good card on tap.
I follow your NFL and NBA posts as I find your capping style to be nearly the complete opposite of my own and I like to always remain open minded - a combination of complacency, human bias, and ignorance is usually the down fall of most bettors - if not drugs & alcohol. By opposite style I mean I follow the players themselves probably a little more closely, teams in general, coaches, position matchups; and much less weight on stats, trends, scenario's, past results. Mostly due to playing sports myself for so many years, I just don't look at it in that way. It works for me, but no one can deny your results (obviously this season has not been your best, but it happens).
That being said, I'm on board with these games for week 8 - hard for me to say as I'm a hardcore Packers fan. The only one I'm personally leaning away from is the Cardinals. I'm just not sure what kind of prep Chip Kelly does on his bye week and who will be in the lineup just yet for the Eagles (Kendricks, Sproles, O-Line). Also, the ability of AZ to come from behind is unsure, but we know the Eagles are capable.
My only concern about your picks is the lines you are getting them at. These matchups look perfect for the lines to move in your favor prior to kickoff, some already have (+3.5 Pitt, -2 Cards). Washington +10 I will grab now, I can see this dropping.

I.was going with Philadelphia.on my tops play and.KC.. What make.you. like Arizona...Last wk they play verse Oakland and a rookie quarterback they never face some teams like the Eagles..Not to.mention that Palmer is a interceptions pron quarterback and he is inconsistent I.think.he will.make that same mistakes again this wk...just thoughts GL.this wk...LC.

Love the NO play! Does anyone know when the last time the Saints failed to cover at home in a prime time game? Or home prime time record in the last 5 years?

I know you could care less of what I think but I can GUARANTEE you that out of PIT and AZ that 1 of them WILL LOSE and 1 WILL WIN so you will break even if you make both of those bets it's just some inside info I know of and just giving you a heads up but GL my friend...

Is it as good a guarantee as you won't be back to this thread?

Almost cut that deficit in half in one day! Didn't trust Arizona but Palmer came through for you. Tailed you on the Steelers, already had the Saints. Made a small profit today but I'll take it. You were right about the Bungles and the Panthers (though they were lucky to cover that game). I had Seattle at -4 and feel cheated. Both those games could have gone either way, so you were right to stay away (imo).
I like the Saints to keep rolling next week. Teams that play Seattle don't usually do well the following week. That was a demoralizing loss. Plus, the Saints should have won that game in Carolina last year! I had the Panthers last year and felt very fortunate.
