His ratings are very similar to Bryce Young. And he has overall completion rate is less than 50 at this point.

He has "potential" though. Biggest selling feature in drafts these days. No need to really analyze game film.

I’ll do nothing but fade this fool here out. Lesson learned 

Indy does not seem to be motivated to win this season, Richardson is a very poor QB and you have a much better one sitting on the bench. Ownership overpaid for this guy and they will back him rather than lose the cash on his contract.

When I saw he was returning I stopped betting on Indy, Flacco at least gave the team the chance to come back and to score points, Richardson is a game manager at very best.

He's not a game manager. The guy is a river boat gambler and loses 75% of the time. 

You are right though. Indy management/ownership will stick with this guy. They believed in him and they are not ready to admit they made a massive mistake. Midway through next year they will see the light.
