I looked thru my data that i have collected over the numerous years and tried to do an apples to apples comparison where the opening line was the same and it was the hall of fame game (neutral field). I found one situation - the game between Chicago and Baltimore in 2018. The opening line was -1.5 for Baltimore and the final score was 16 to 17 Baltimore.
For tonights game the line opened at -1.5 (madduxsports.com) for the Bears and is now 1.5 or 2 for Houston. The over under line opened at 33 for tonights game and is now around 31.
Since the game was close back in 2018 and don't have much to go on - I got the bears +2 points.

As we saw lastnight - the game ended before going official (55 minutes makes it official), Heritage graded it as a no play lastnight. Just now they went back and graded it as a courtesy win and paid the winnings. I must say they are a class act betting site.
