candidates would be

Sea/Atl - Kirko against the Sea defense could be fun, could be scary

Mia/Jets - both teams will run it a lot though

Buf/Cin - no reason both teams cant move the ball and score but both defenses have shown to be a bit better of late

Rams/Cards

 

Rams will move the ball very easily on Arizona and should put up 30+.  Arizona, without a running game and likely to be trailing most of the game, will have Jacoby chuck it 50 times.  I'd go with that game to be the highest scoring
