But your missing the bigger picture. Tampa threw the game away.

Atleast half of those penalties against Atlanta gave Tampa a first down

14 point lead in the 4th quarter

Baker threw an unnecessary interception

It was 3rd and 28 and Tampa refused to tackle pitts and cover sills

The game should have never gotten to this. They were up 14 at home. And then stopped playing.

I just trying understand when a fumble occurs and the man at the bottom has the ball/ rips it from the guy who had it/ etc,  

who ever has the ball at the end gets possession of the ball…   Was trying understand that- 

Bucs coach should be fired. Could ran the  all down to 1:20 left on clock and they passed the ball on 2nd down with 2:15 left are so.  No Time outs atl- 

so next play take it down 1:20 and call TO.

Yep! You think the refs are wearing those headsets to communicate with one another or do you think those headphones are being used to let them know what penalties need to be called next for the leagues desired outcome/outcomes?

After all it is protected by written nfl laws and contracts as.. .....a sports enterprise used for entertainment purposes .....aka....WWE
