Falcons line extremely fishy

Question

Hey guys. Just wanted some input from you guys regarding the Falcons/Texans line. Texans will struggle to move the ball, while Atlanta has a good offense and a great run defense. This line seems like it should be more like -10. Opinions encouraged. Good luck everyone.

i agree with you spartacus. i took the falcons a couple days ago when they were -3, i was afraid it was gonna go to -3.5 or -4.

then the line moves to -1, are people really liking houston here?

i think the falcons are a solid squad with no blatant weakness, up against a texans team that has Yates as QB...

See above me, Houston has the top ranked defense along with a superior rushing attack, obviously no QB, and Atlanta is a dome team.....I personally like Falcons.

Defense, special team, running game is not enough to beat a very hot ATL team.&#xD;&#xA;ATL is the play....just don&#x27;t overthink this one.

I am completely confident that Atlanta can score 21+ points. Houston defense is going to be on the field a lot, and I like Atlanta strong recievers to cause trouble all day.

This line is killing me though. I'm tempted to throw nickle on the game and on Atl TT over 20 at +100. What do you guys think?

Very hard to back Atlanta on the road. Texans has a solid defense and a good running game, leaning towards Houston.

This year they&#x27;ve faced DET, IND, SEA and TB on the road, no top D&#x27;s there. So even if these teams are dead even the line should be HOU-3 maybe even HOU-4. If either of HOU&#x27;s top 2 QB&#x27;s were in they would be the better team and the line might be -4 to -6. So you think just b/c Yates is starting the line should be ATL-10? C&#x27;omon now. Thats a 13-16 point swing!Yates is more mobile than either of the Matt&#x27;s and HOU should be able to come up with a solid game-plan, mixing between runs, screens and trying to get AJ involved with the odd mid/deep pass.

ATL only managed 13 points in week 2, on the road vs TB after a big home win in week 1. Don&#x27;t be so confident they put up points @HOU facing a much better D than TB

Houston may be the #1 ranked defense in the league, but lets not forget they played Jacksonville twice, Indy once, the dolphins, the browns, the titans, and the bucs.

the only legit teams they have played would be New Orleans, Oakland, Baltimore, and Pittsburgh, and they only beat Pittsburgh, but that was with Schaub.

Loll!!!  Thought the same thing.  Very tough to cap this game -- could go either way in a solid manner.  ATL is hot, but HOU at home with their D = no play for me.

open line houston was favor. by 1 now atl favor by 3 down to 1.. meaning vegas tryin to buy houston while they sell it over too ATL money will be on houston since they at home with the + 1 spread. every1 thinkin they win by Bottom line is THE PLAY IS ATL-1
