Why people likes 'surprise dogs' ?

I know its early in the season for NBA but ive been observing a bit (i never bet on NBA , only bet once last week on raptors at home VS lakers and they lost). Why some cappers like to cap big dogs ? They are mostly losers. Like for example, ive seen people trying to cap on Pelicans or Jazz  or Clippers with big plus points but they end up losing by 30 or more. 

Isnt it easier to cap a better performing team than betting on a team that will have two criteries : A. The favorite team will 'ease' on the gas pedal and B. The dog team will somehow 'magically' perform well and hang by +10 points or more.

 Just don’t bet the NBA. Best advice I could ever give anyone. It’s rigged and fraudulent. Same with NFL. 

Because dogs have SU been winning 55-60% of the time this season. If you can sniff out the scheduling spots you can do quite well. Dog bettors eating steak and lobster thus far. My guess it regresses in the near future. 

yea i lose a lot more  on NBA & NFL than when i bet on damn kids who plays football or basketball but people going for a winning streak is so damn irresistible.... then when i tail , its a big losing bet lol. Even international women basket isnt that bad. 

yea. On Bet365, there's a lot. I don't mean as 'international tournaments' but as other countries in the middle east or europe.
