Hey spark, so today the warriors total dropped from like 230 to 229 a couple minutes before tipoff... is that a recipe to pick under? Right now it seems like its staying way over with gs scoring 15pts 1st q...we'll see what happens.

Yes that would warrant a play being 1 point. Half points not so much

So is the theory, if it drops points then go under and if it goes up then pick over? Or are they not correlated?

It's a situational play. Doesn't always work just based on the line movement. I think it is fair to say however that that much of a line move right before tipoff could mean something and should merit a follow the movement play. Half points don't mean anything really, could just be late action. But a point or more is significant in my opinion. The line could also move due to a late player scratch also so keep an eye for that too.
