To me, this is the most interesting game of the playoffs thus far and probally will be of any game we get after this game.
Alot of good points brought up for both sides.
Of coarse teams look good when they win and don't look so good when they lose, there's no correlation to looking good and winning one game and what will happened in the next game, game 1 and 2 has nothing to do with what will happen in game 3.
There might be a solid reason Pacers have looked so good in the 1st 2 games.
Against the Bulls after losing game 1 the Heat went on an incredible 3 game run, winning by 37, 10, 21 points.
I went back a number of years and looked-up how teams perform after these great 3 game runs.
And the results are quite surprising, teams cannot maintain such play.
No team, none, not a one, could produce a winning ATS record in the 3 games to follow. The teams combined to win just 15.9% ATS. Including 0-3 ATS for the Heat.
The Heats 3 games following their incredible run.....................
Game 5 VS Bulls ..............Heat -14 won by 3.
Game 1 VS Pacers ................Heat -8 won by 1
Game 2 VS Pacers ...................Heat -7.5 lost SU.
Even more interesting is that almost every team lost SU as a big favorite just like the Heat did.
Maybe, just maybe Pacers are not playing as well as many think and it's the Heat who came-in on a unsustainable run becoming complacent and over-confident.
After these teams pick-up they're 3rd ATS loss they then combined to go 69% ATS in the 3 games to follow, will the Heat do the same ?....................................................
And there you have it.......................the info strongly suggest the Heat will cover at least 1 of the next 2, possibly both, but at least 1.................................................

Screw these trolls KOBEZ. At least you had a opinion. Most of the bashers on here ,never post a opinion or breakdown, they just want to capitalize on others hard work And the ones who do post but make it personal are just degenerates who for once had a winner and act like they are making a living posting on a forum, and can only feel good putting others down. YEs you were off on your analysis so frigin what . Keep posting, don't worry about the computer tough guys. They would never have the ballz to say anything to your face.
I posted before the game I was on the over again adding the Heat and the TT 91.5 IMO Miami played game 1 as bad as they can I never felt they were outplayed, Heat felt they could do as they usally do coast to the 4th then turn it on and win Game 2 .They found out Pacers are too good for that, and a complete game had to be played to beat them Yesterday they did just that came out as a team who only lost 4 games in 50 and showed why they are the reigning champs. Pacers are a team to follow . With the experience they are getting right now and keeping their stud Hilbert happy they will be a team to reckon with in the future
