how do you handle your losses?

Well I was up +3 units 2 days ago but I lost everything + my initial cause I just got depressed and played casino boo hoo.  boy was I angry.  Luckily I made these ridiculous parlays/teasers for college basketball that I hope I will hit but I doubt it.  Thats why after a day rest of thinking and concentration I decided to redeposit and I was able to get my initial deposit back.  I was just wondering how people handled their losses/MORE SPECIFICALLY the  so I don't make the same mistake again.... THANKS

words of advice, if ur going to play parlay keep it down to 2 legs at times 3 legs max, parlay odds look good but the chances of hitting it is not that good, and u will notice that most times its the team with the shortest odds will end up losing and cost u the parlay

don't ever chase or double down...to be a good gambler you have to be able to deal with losing days/night it happens to everybody but be disciplined and dont chase or double down ever even if it works once or twice you will eventually get burned big time if you do that consistently

first of all, never chase. second, have a drink. third, if it was really painful, take a break (only you know how long, but really take a breather otherwise you will just end up chasing). fourth, if you keep on loosing, just hibernate for a few weeks and when you're refreshed and/or ready, jump back in.

Well, I am probably going to lose a 10 team parlay with the Suns -5.5

I will regroup and try again tomorrow. The same way I do when I win.

I keep parlays to 2 or 3 teams max.. I also look at it as making a part -time supplemental thing so I grind it out over the week.. I take more shots (bigger plays) when I have more time to cap..

Discipline and PATIENCE...  Do not chase, place a limit, relax on parlays, and don't be afraid 2 bet halves especially if you see key mismatches or trends in first halves...
