Royals looking good. Detroit tries to make a 1st and 3rd on a single to left field and KC throws out the runner, effectively killing a Detroit rally in the 8th. Detroit would have had 1st and 2nd in 1 out, but left with a man on 1st and 2 outs. Almost beat the tag, but not a good decision to try and do that.
