UNDERDOG CHASE PLAYS...WEEK 8

I find that there are too many variables for calculation for individual matchups. So finding 1 or 2 OVER teams and the same with UNDER teams is the only positive result I have so far.

Hey McShady, you and Semper do a good job.  I have been following this thread but either I don't understand semper's system fully or I just don't see how to make much profit.  Please correct my thinking:  if you bet 4 series chasing a dog using the 1,2,4 bet system and you lose 1 series to a sweep (-7) and win the other 3 (+3-5) you are behind.  Is there some other factor that produces a win?

Its' all good.  It's about making money no ego here my man.

Semper has does the Pirates look in your system I think they could be dogs all series espically with their horrid interleague record in the past but I think Hurdle has this team playing with a different attitude then in the past losing years.

The key is to avoid the sweep.  Let's say you win +130 on average for every series win starting at 1/2/4  Format. You need to have a 6-1 record to make money.  If you go back and look up my past threads, going 6-1 and better has not been an issue.

I am also trying to get odds from my book on a sweep, could be a good hedge if they give me some.

looking at all those 3-game series, I like Astros, angels and rangers. Maybe orioles and tigers too. Let's make money this weekend!

To add to your question if you play 4 series and have 3 wins and 1 going into the 3rd game you can always stop after 2 and return a mariginal profit if that is a concern about the last matchup. Just an option

he plays each individual game until they win one game of the series doubling up each bet until they win as follows game1-1 unit / game 2-2 units / game 3-4 units
