AWESOME. YOU ARE PRACTICING EXCELLENT RESTRAINT LAYING OFF THE -330 FAV.

Screams value and you still managed to not be sucked in with the great return you're getting on your wager.

    Great job, Sarah

Hey SJP, Great job lately! You have been Killing it!

I really like the AZ play, I am on it as well.

Also.. I wanted to get your views on why you like the Angels play. At first I was thinking Angels ML was best but then I changed my mind.. Here is my thought process:

I was thinking weaver will do great but I also think tomlin will do great at home again. I trust the Indians offense more than the Angels. Add in the fact that the Angels are a low scoring team and this could easily be a one run game.. I thought the +1.5 insurance would be huge.

I also think Angels ML has value but I'm starting to think that Indians +1.5 has more value..

Idk.. I keep going back and forward.

I would love hearing your thoughts on this point of view.

    Closer,

Unfortunately, I don't think LAA fits the SarahJ system.

They are not steep enough, must be -200 or above to be considered a play.

You are really craving attention and the sad thing is some people are actually falling for your BS. To help try and save your image and bring more attention to yourself you are now doing pretty exotic bets that the newbies to gambling aren't familiar with so they'll continue to ask you questions. Good gosh. Just give up already please!!

Wait, you're going to include your 2 "IF" bet wins in your Win total, but NOT include the other 2 that you lost. I understand your bet died with the Dodgers under, but at least do the honorable thing and include the Mariners and Angels losses in your record total. You don't want to be deceiving your loyal and faithful followers.

Hey, while you're at it, maybe you could go back and dig up your record BEFORE your little streak. You know? When you weren't keeping track yet.

Lots of people hate the world today because they invested a lot (probably poor bankroll management) in huge favorites. Not ideal.

Well, let's take a stab at some of these comments:

Thanks to those of you who took the time to wish me well on these bets. I appreciate it.

For those of you who think I'm "attention starved," display some self control and don't post in my threads. Giving someone attention if you think they're attention crazy makes you look like a fool. This discipline will help you in sports betting, too.

It would make no sense to include all legs of the If Wager in my record. When the bet dies, the other plays don't exist. It's like they never happened. That's the purpose of an If Wager.

Someone asked for my record prior to when I began flat betting. We've already discussed this in previous threads and I don't want to go in and add +$5,689.XX to my record when it wasn't being tracked. This includes posted parlays and individual plays. That wouldn't go over real well. I know some of you would like me to have a deficit, but I don't.

There's a common ideology in sports betting that losing bettors HATE seeing another sports bettor win. It's a slap in the face. I completely understand and I'm doing my best to curb some of my enthusiasm when I win. I'm not rubbing it in anyone's face. I know how frustrating it can be to have a down day and watch someone else crush the books. So, I understand where this anger is coming from. Heck, I'd be pissed at me too if I was losing and watching me win. Honestly.

I'm going to ask nicely that you respect this thread and contribute sports related content to it. I realize that sports betting can be frustrating but taking it out on me or others isn't what this site is for.

Best of luck to everyone today!

Sorry @HateTheHook. I skipped over your message.

I'm using Heritage Sports right now, but I've never been with a book that doesn't offer them. I know JustBet offers them, too.

Usually you select "Parlay" as the wager type if it's not directly offered as a "Round Robin" on your website. After selecting the teams you want, on the "Enter Amount" screen it'll give you the option to choose "Round Robin" in a variety of formats.

    Hope this helps.

SarahI would like to propose a question for you or anyone else in here that may have knowledge on this subject since you mention about the lockout. I can't seem to get an answer for this. But could you explain what's the purpose of a 120 million dollar salary cap is for if you can just give players signing bonuses to make up the diffence in what you can't fit under the salary cap? Am I missing something? Thank you in advance and BOL today.

Reddick was on third and Scutaro missed the squeez sign and therefore Reddick was hung out to dry.

    SJP

Best of luck today.  I'm with you on the DBacks pick (take it for what it's worth, I went 0-3 yesterday - and didn't bother to bet my "gut feel" pick on the Texas/Minny over.  When it rains, it pours...)

    @GIMME

I lost $250 and I cut that project out after 2 days. It served a couple of purposes for me, but primarily, I just needed a change of pace and a "break" from my normal betting. There were so many favorites winning for the last couple of weeks, and if you've follow my threads you know I don't like playing favorites at all, so I needed to change my viewpoint and blindtailing other winning (square) cappers was my resolution. Well, the favorite train ended and reality is back with MLB betting.

I'm treading water right now. I've been hovering between $9K-$11K in this thread. It's crazy that there is only a month of so left of MLB and then it's time for NCAAFB for me. I'm super excited.

    Best of luck today!

Laying heavy chalk is asking for trouble. Long run it's not profitable at all.
