Why not bet few bucks on Phillies NLCS series if you feel they will win the series, i don't have the line on hand but it could be +220 or better.

my .02 - Phillies will pitch fine. It's all about their bats. If they score 4 in every game from here, they'll win. If they don't, they won't.
BC, what is your guess on NLCS series price now? THX!

Yankees were +550/+560 on series prices after down 1-3 in the ALCS after Game 4, so your number sounds pretty close.

I kind of agree with your thoughts, but WOW, -200 in Game 7?

I hear ya.........still don't think it'd be that high..........it could always change depending what happens, but right now, I'd put a possible (but unlikely) Game 7 at Phillies -140

Cain's ERA on the road this season is 3.35. I would hardly call that disastrous. As far as switching Sanchez and Cain, he did want Sanchez to have 2 starts in Philly instead of Cain mainly because Cain is a flyball pitcher and Sanchez will typically get more outs via the strikeout. And as we know a flyball in Citizens isn't the same as it is in AT&T. And Sanchez didn't get "knocked around" as you claimed in your other post...6 IP 2 ER and 7 K's. If thats getting knocked around then Halladay was "knocked around" in game 1.

game 7 they are going to be +150.
Pettitte did nothing wrong in game 3 but get tagged for a very short porch 2 run homer before he'd settled in, and the Yankees will be off 2 straight wins if it gets that far, so the perception will be that the "big bad Yankee machine" is finally in gear. They won't sniff +150.

Thats what I think.Probably too late this year.
